John Vallance Named At-Large Member of Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

Whitley Penn Audit Partner and Fort Worth Market Leader, John Vallance, has been named an At-Large member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
“I am honored to serve the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce in this capacity,” stated Vallance. “Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth and development this city has undergone and look forward to working alongside many other distinguished Fort Worth leaders to continue these efforts.”
Vallance has more than 25 years of accounting experience focused on public and private companies. He has extensive experience advising clients on best practices in both accounting and operational matters as well as on matters involving net profits interest and post-closing adjustments. He focuses most of his attention in the energy, employee benefit plans, and manufacturing, distribution & logistics industries.
Vallance is an alumnus of Leadership Fort Worth 2010 and currently serves on the boards of the Housing Channel and HC Foundation. He is active in the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expansion and Retention and Energy Councils, ADAM Energy Fort Worth, and Wildcatters Fort Worth. Vallance is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Vallance was awarded “Who’s Who in Energy” by the Dallas Business Journal in 2014.
Vallance received his BBA and MBA in Accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington.
