Brandon Neely Joins Whitley Penn as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer

Neely is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. Throughout his career, he has developed strong experience in legal research, legal writing, and strategic planning. Neely has also had previous experience in a wide variety of Business Transactions, Personal Injury Defense, and Business Litigation, as well as commercial insurance for a variety of industries throughout Texas. He formerly served as general counsel for a high growth venture-capital-backed company as well as an auditor for national and international companies primarily in the oil and gas industry.
Neely received a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Baylor Law School.
