Ebarb is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over ten years of public accounting experience, specializing in conducting and overseeing audits of financial statements and performance reviews for a diverse range of industries, including governments, financial institutions, and trust departments. His experience includes 2 CFR Part 200 Audits (Single Audits) and the preparation and review of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Audits.
Ebarb is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), Abilene Young Professionals, Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO), Construction Financial Contractors of America (CFMA) – West Texas Chapter, and the Big Country Home Builders Association (HBA). He actively engages in the community by volunteering his time at Habitat for Humanity.
He received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Howard Payne University.
