Katherine Kirk started her career in 2006 as a third-generation tax CPA. She advises clients on entity formation and selection for best possible income tax savings while coordinating with legal advisors.
She provides guidance on business structure, annual state and federal income tax, annual tax planning, estate and inheritance planning. Katherine also helps guide clients to success through general business consulting to gain efficiencies and profitability through both operations and financial reporting. She is experienced in merger and acquisition transactions for multiple industries.
Katherine serves clients in the energy, ranching, financial investing, professional service, retail/wholesale, and healthcare industries. She provides guidance for clients at any stage from entity selection when forming a new business, maintaining and growing an existing company, or planning for a sale or succession event for a mature business.
Katherine periodically speaks to local high school and college students on financial literacy skills to help them build a successful life, regardless of their career paths or plans.
