Brian Collins is the Chief People Officer (CPO) for Whitley Penn. Brian oversees the firm’s people strategy, driving how Whitley Penn attracts, develops, retains, and engages a talented, diverse workforce.
As CPO, he is focused on modernizing HR processes, technologies, and organizational structures to improve the employee experience and enable business growth. He works with the firm’s Partners and Management Committee to align incentives and produce outcomes that fulfill both employee and firm goals.
Before joining Whitley Penn in 2023, Brian spent the previous 15 years leading HR and Talent Acquisition for alternative investment management firms. Prior to concentrating on HR, Brian worked nine years in client-serving business advisory consulting roles for global professional services firms.
