Diversity, Equity
and Inclusion
At Whitley Penn, we pride ourselves on ensuring the continued education of our professionals. We do not limit that education to technical training; we believe it should include training on how to work with different people, and how to integrate different opinions and views in order to make our profession, teams, and communities more inclusive and equitable.
To truly find the best of the best, we seek to hire people from all backgrounds who are excited to learn, innovate and grow as we move forward together.
Our CEO and Managing Partner, Larry Autrey, has signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge and while we as a firm cannot resolve all the challenges in the world today, we can start by looking at our core functions through a lens of inclusion. We have a solid foundation on which we can build, and we believe that our best opportunities for growth, in every way, are ahead of us.
