Whitley Penn welcomes Lance Morman as Managing Director in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services group.
Morman is a Certified Fraud Examiner with more than 23 years of accounting, management and consulting experience. He has engaged in a variety of litigation matters including breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, business valuation, and other causes of action involving computation of economic damages. Morman has performed damage analyses encompassing lost profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, and diminution of business value and insolvency analyses.
Morman is a member of the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association (HIPLA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
Morman received a B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Baylor University.
